Right Hand

I woke up on Wednesday with pain and slight swelling at the base of my little finger, it is very painful on the fleshy part of the skin if I put pressure on it, I looked under a magnigying glass to see if it was a bite but there is nothing there, I have tried ice pack and advil, any one know what it could be?
