Right Abdominal Pains - spreading to left

Hi,

On Monday night, after eating a meal, I started getting some right abdominal pain. The pain itself is hard to explain, it's somewhere between underneath the right ribs and my waist. Sometimes it feels like the pain is more towards my back, but other times near my stomach.
It was fairly moderate, and obviously Appendecitis was a bit of a worry being a male, 15 and having a family with a history of Appendecitis. I still have the pain now, and it is worrying me still. The pain has now appeared to have spread to my left side, and just now after eating a spicy meal the pain got worse. Haven't had any other symptoms really, except I did get some nausea straight after eating the spicy food. I think taking a Paracetamol helped ease the pain slightly.
I've noticed that in bed, when I lie on the side that's hurting me it completely eases it and I feel no pain at all but some uncomforting in the other. I think putting pressure on the pain actually eases the pain.
I have no additional pain when I walk either.
I'm completely clueless what it is myself, my family explained that Appendecitis starts in the stomach usually and moves to the right and the pain gradually gets worse. But, what I'm experiencing doesn't sound like Appendecitis, so maybe somebody on here has any idea?

Well I seen my Doctor, and he told me it was probably a muscular pain and that I should cut down on fizzy drinks, drink plenty of water, rest and take some painkillers.

It is a gall bladder stones.
I have the same symptoms... I have been diagnosed with stones.
It is not usually a common thing for younger people, But can occur. My cousin who is 18 has Gallstones too.

Gallstones

I was interested in the letter about the fail safe apple juice and oil flush for gallstones

[The programme recommended by the Dulwich Health Society is as follows: drink 2 litres of pure apple juice for six days. On the sixth day, skip dinner. At 9pm, take one or two tablespoons of Epsom salts dissolved in a little warm water. At 10pm, shake together 4oz unrefined cold pressed olive oil and 2oz lemon juice and drink. Go to bed immediately and lie on your right side with your right knee drawn up towards your chin. Remain in this position for 30 minutes before going to sleep. Prepare another Epsom salts solution in case you need it in the middle of the night. The next morning, you should pass stones that are as soft as putty.]
