Okay I'm about 15, 175cm tall...i think...and I weigh around 70kgs. Last time I checked, lol. Anyway I'm really unfit and im so sick of being it!!! I started riding my bike for about 30 minutes and its really rainy lately so ive been trying to ride it as many days as I can. I think I can say ive ridden it 4 time in the past week and a half. Again, for around 30-40 minutes.
Will i lose weight from this amount of exercise? allot of the ride is up hill.
If i eat normally will i lose weight or will i just eat the weight back on?
