ok so ive decided to ride my bike for 40min approx, 4+ days a week to slim down all over. the main areas i want to disappear is thighs,bottom and chest area...will cycling do this for me?? and i do not wish to bulk up in leg muscle, can i prevent this?? finally how long must i do this before seeing results...all appropriate and informative answers will be much appreciated.
