I was riding my bike and i got to a busy intersection, so i got off and waited so i could cross. someone pulled up to turn right, but the walk signal came on and i started to cross and the car started turning anyways. he clipped my bike, then got out and started telling me off. didn't i have right of way since i was walking my bike across the intersection?
