I feel extremely unfit and when it comes to riding my bicycle I cant go uphill , fast or at what people call a normal pace because in less than 5 mins I feel like I cannot breathe. I am really slim so I don't want to lose weight. How can I get fit? No pills , shakes , gels please.
Another thing is what are some things that I have to keep in mind to keep my bicycle in a good condition?
