Time for Easy Riddle #3, after this will come the harder ones. ^_^

Riddle:
A man kills his cheating wife of 3 years with a group of people watching. The police weren't able to arrest him with murder though. Why?
sidnaee - Ooh, good guess, but they saw him kill her. :P

I think this one should be "Medium Riddle" instead of easy actually...

This one is so obscure if you think about it realistically--could be any number of reasons.

1) Because he was wearing a mask?...X
2) Because he made it look like self-defense, an accident, or self-inflicted?
3) Because he fled before police arrived?
4) Because no one knows who he is? (a facial description doesn't do much without a name or prints already on file)
5) Because no one called the police?
6) Because the law is on his side? (murder of an adulterous wife is not illegal where he lives)
7) Because each member of the group was a co-conspirator/accessory?
8) Because he's married to himself? (some kinda split personality situation)
9) Because there either or both are no laws or is no law enforcement?
10) Because he killed all the witnesses too?

edit: talk about total misleading BS--you said no mask, yet executioners of old normally wore masks, and those of today aren't committed solely by one person (not a single "killer"), so there's no need for masks.

They arrested him with "manslaughter", or in this case, "personslaughter"
