How do I fix? I have a Motorola Renew W233. I got it to replace a much better phone that I accidentally submerged in coffee. One of the benefits of the W233 was that it could play music, unlike my old phone. I authorized it as one of my authorized devices for Rhapsody and have been able to download music onto it for months. until now.
Now when I hook it up to my computer with the USB, the computer recognizes it and a window pops up asking what program I want to use to manage files on my phone. I select Rhapsody, and it automatically opens Rhapsody. My phone's name should have appeared in the "Sources" section of the window but it doesn't. It's like Rhapsody is unaware that my phone even exists. My phone has also been removed from my authorized devices list. I know my phone connects good because both Napster (which I don't like) nad my computer both recognize it, but not Rhapsody.
How can I fix this problem?
