I'm looking for a basic, EASY program that supports layers. Photoshop Elements and Paint Shop Pro Photo 2X are cool but way too complicated for my needs. Doesn't matter whether it's free or not--just so it's easy and will allow me to work in layers. For example, I'd like to be able to remove a background or add elements to it. Thanks!
