Review a 1966 ford galaxie custom 500 V8 289 for me and where to get parts?

Ok I'm possible getting a 1966 galaxie custom 500 V8 289 and I was wanting to know what everyone thinks of it. If you own one or have owned one. I mean is it slow? How is the power? Is it noisy inside? Is it hard to drive? Do they have power steering? Anything at all you want to tell me about it. I was also wandering if anyone knows where to get parts.
 
it's a small engine for a big car, so don't expect to much in the performance department, plus the brakes are mediocre at best..
