Well its been many months since I initially hurt myself and I described all about that in an earlier post.
I am getting better, no surgery, just medication.
I do have a question: Does anyone else have a reverse curve in their lurabar spine? Like kyphosis of the lurabar. I have that and it is horrible. I was wondering treatment that has helped people or ways to cope....
