Returns to Nokia Flagship Store

Has anyone actually returned a phone that was bought from one the 2 Nokia stores in the USA? More specifically, once the seal (i.e., sticker that closes the box) is broken can you still return? I have my receipt and it's within 30days.
 
They made me play with one of the demo N95's for awhile to make sure I was happy with it before they would sell it to me in Chicago. But they did say they would take it back if everything was there if I wasn't happy or if the N75 comes out within 30 days...
 
Yeah.....the love affair was short lived. I had posted on another post basically, a lot of features I don't use like the GPS....the features I did want like the autofocus cam and A2DP turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment. The reason is A2DP just drained battery too much and I never used it because of that and the camera, although taking good pics, was not what I had expected in terms of shutter speed. A lot of the images were also overexposed. Also, the battery drain from using Roadsync was also bad, as well as integration with s60, and I need the exchange server function for work. I think these will be fixed with firmware updates (although I'm not sure about battery and Roadsync), but anyways it was too much phone for me so I'm going to get the E61i instead.
