PC is only 2 1/2 months old but just really started using it 2 wks ago. It all started when I put a wireless mouse/keyboard disc in. It crashed. Went to black screen. Worked with tech support for 3 days to get working. It's OK but when I completely shut down, it take 4-6 times to get the thing working. Lights on,lights off etc. I really use it for work now, looking at PDF files that are of drawings, microsoft outlook and other microsoft programs. LOVE the big screen and number pad so 16 or 17" is ideal. LOVE to watch movies (netflix) on them. May start putting my videos on here to burn them on DVD's so is HDMI ports important? The HP had a lot of good options which I'd like to keep (lots of Memory, Price point=$750 (is my top). Like purchasing from Costco for the 3 yr tech support (1 extra for using AMEX). I have 2 more weeks to find a new HP. What about Toshiba or Lenova. Please help.
