Hi all,
I bought a telecaster online and obviously tested it out.
I have noticed that after a bit of playing that there was some buzzing and the truss rod doesn’t seem to adjust at all.
My query is this….it’s under a 30 day exchange, and I have sent it to them to look at, but can they refuse to change it as there a couple of very very faint scuffs on the pick guard?
I am also worried that they will turn around and say that the truss is fine and then use the scuffs as a way to say I can’t return it.
Another thing, on the sales email I got when I put the order in it said…may be display model, therefore may have picked up the scuffs when being tested in the shop?
If I am unhappy with the neck and will I be able to exchange it despite having tested it for a day or so?
