so i 'bought' a 06 lexus. Now the lot i bought it from was new and waiting for their set up to come thru to do credit union loans thru them. So i signed all my papers but not a actual financial contract.

SO i waited about a week and then the lot told me he cant get his credit union stuff set up, and i will just be going direcly thru my credit union, ok fine not a huge deal. So my signing is tomorrow, i have actually had this car 12 days now and have driven 450 miles.

Now i have heard a noise since buying it and taking it to lexus (not where i bought it) they said throwout bearing bad, its covered under warrenty so no big deal. But i have drove it for the 1st time in the snow dropping it to the dealership to have the bearing fixed, and it SUCKS so bad, its RWD. Now the dealership that is fixing the bearing gave me a loaner of an AWD version and it was AMAZING.

Now since i have not actually signed my contract papers at the bank can i just back out and give the car back to the original lot? I know i will probably have to pay miles and days i had it, but techically since im getting this bearing fixed, im returning the car better then when i recieved it.
the lot AKA owner i guess you would say, knew of the problems and called into lexus and ok'd the repairs
