Okay, I bought these bulbs: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10403220 (not at that store) for my fish tank. Some weren't growing, but I kept the receipt on that item. I remember on the back that it said something about how in 30 days, if we sent in the dead bulbs to some place, they would replace the bulbs. Only thing is, that I don't remember it word for word, so I need help. I don't want to go to the store to get a bad replacement. Can someone please tell me the stuff I need to know?
