I am the business owner and want to know if this sounds right to the investor. I have asked for $8K and given the investor 30% share of ownership. In the first year if my projections are correct or even close and these projections are in a highly realistic situation I would be able to pay the investor $12K or 150% ROI in the first year. Now my question is am I paying to fast and to much in the first year? Also im not sure if the 30% he receives is from the gross profit or net profit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
