return after 1 exchange

I upgraded my phone to the blackberry storm 2 15 days ago. I didnt even leave the store. the storm was terrible and i exchanged it for the tour. I have not been able to get used to it and was very unhappy with the phone. By the way this is my first time around with a blackberry. I called customer service begging them to allow me to exchange the phone for another model but the were very firm stating verizon policy allows only one exchange. Today i went to the store and returned the tour and got my money back. im now back to using my old phone the enve 2.

What happened to my upgrade? Did i simply just waste it and now have to wait another 2 years?

It's my understanding that if you return the phone, you undo the upgrade. Check My Verizon to see what they actually did to your account, though.
