Ok, i dont even know how to start this message off.
Well I had the same problem with sprint.
I bought a plan online and gave them a 200$ deposit.
They said my phone would get to me in a week.
week 1 came and went. called them, said it would be another week.
week 2 came and went. called them, said it was out of stock, 1 more week.
week 3 came and went. called them, couldnt find my account, then couldnt find my order, found it and said it was stuck in the warehosue due to computer error. 1 more week.
month 1 came and went. GOT MY FIRST MONTHS BILL IN THE MAIL. still didnt have the phone. called and took care of that, they waved that bill and gave me the next bill for free. said i would get the phone in a week.
month 1 week 1 came and went. Still didnt get the phone.
Didn't call and decided to wait a couple more days.
month 1 week 2 came and went, called and said to cancle my service, and send my deposit back, said it would take 6 weeks to get my deposit back....
I asked to talk to a manager, they hung up on me.
Oh yeah and mind you I wrote down everyones name and ID number.
I finally got through to a head boss and asked them just to transfer the money back into my back account, she said it was impossible. I said. "So your telling me that a company as large as sprint, making billions a year, doesnt have the technology to transfer 200$ into a bank account." she didnt know what to say and then transferd me to a voice mail.
I called back again and then they said they I would have it in a week. I asked for the check number, a confirmation number, the transaction number. and i finally got it in the mail..
YOU NEED TO WALK INTO THE STORE AND STAY THERE UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU THE MONEY THERE, OR GIVE YOU SOME SORT OF CONFIRMATION THAT IT IS IN THE MAIL.
They will not just mail it to you, if you dont ask they dont send it back!!!
