"Retrieving failed, Connection refused, try again" Samsung Jet s8000?

I keep getting this message when I try to 'retrieve' media messages. They used to just automatically come through, I don't get it. What's happening? How can I fix this?

I live in the UK, and my network is Orange. The staff there are very unhelpful, so I'd rather ask Yahoo for help before I resort to calling those morons.
 
i do also experiencing it now. could anyone help us.. every time i send mms it always says that "connection refused, try again later" i'm from the philippines
