Retin-A micro .1%

I was on retin-a micro .04%, but I had an issue with my insurance and had to do a mail in order. While I'm waiting, my derm gave me some samples but there retin-a micro .1%.....Since I've been using .04 for a while will my skin adapt to it pretty nicely? It seems to so far...also, is .1 more effective? Because while on retin-a .04 I was still getting pimples and small breakouts...Will .1 make me more clear? Thanks
 
Yeah it should be more effective,but also more drying.If you have really oily skin that would be a good thing.But if you have sensitive skin it can be a problem.I been on retin a micro for 1 1/2 yrs.It worked great till up to a couple months ago.It started overly drying my face out.Now my face peels more then the breaking out.I dont know which i hate more.Ive tried moisturizer but none seems to help.Good luck with the retin a micro.
