Retake a semester of biology or take anatomy?

My main problem is that I plan on being a doctor after graduating and I did really bad during the second semester of my sophomore year in biology (C average). I am now a senior and I have the option of either retaking a semester of biology or doing a year of anatomy.
 
I would retake biology. First, you already know a lot of the information, even though it was two years ago you'll probably better able to understand it instead of learning a whole new subject. Also, if you retake it you can probably delete your C and replace it with hopefully an A. This will bring up your GPA and help you get into a better college. If you're going to be a doctor you'll learn plenty of anatomy in college.
