Hi,
I'm a 42 y/o WM who just had an MRI done with the following results:
1. Large paracentral disc extrusion with secondary spinal stenosis at L4-5.
2. Focal protrusion at L3-4 with a posterior annular tear.
3. Left paracentral protrusion at T12-L1.
4. Bulging disc at L2-3 with an annular tear.
5. Mild foraminal narrowing at L2-3, L3-4 and L4-5 bilaterally.
My doctor basically informed me that I have 2 herniated discs and recommenRAB the IDET procedure, after consulting with a Neuro surgeon.
Is this the best tx?
Thanks for your time and expertise.
