Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphinsm (RFLP) ? Done on two Fish?

Say you are trying to determine whether two fish are the same through RFLP analysis and you cut samples each of the fishes DNA, a sample with a certain restriction enzyme and another sample with a different restriction enzyme, for both fish. If the band pattern is the same for both fish, cut with the first restriction enzymes, but have different band patterns when cut with the second restriction enzymes, are these two fish the same or different, why?
