Restriction code for Nokia 6101b?

I have a nokia 6101b cell phone. My IMEI is 358823/00/240536/6

The other numbers on the phone say
Code:0528173BN08B7
Model: 6101b
IC: 661U-RM77
FCC ID: PPIRM-77

The phone is T-mobile, as is the sim card, but for some reason it doesn't want to work. Other sim cards will work in it, as well as this sim card working in other phones... but when I put this sim card it, it says phone restricted.

Any help would be great!

Hey you can unlock your mobile so that you can use other network in it...for that you have to unlock your mobile,i too unlocked my mobile by unlock codes from here Pro Unlocking.com - Unlocking the Nokia 6101 mobile phone and unlocked my mobile...
