I recently upgraded my husband's phone from one Straight Talk phone to the other, from an LG100C to a Samsung R451C. The Samsung is supposed to work in our area, but lately every time he tries to make a call he receives a 'Restriction 34' message. In areas where the old phone received a signal, the new one does not. Is there a code I can receive from Customer Service that will solve this problem?
