My soon to be ex husband and I are going through a divorce he has a restraining against the "other" man I was seeing. How do I know if the restraining order involves me (currently and after the divorce)? And when we are divorced we both will have custody over my daughter how would the restraining order work when she is visiting me? I am under the impression the "other" man can not contact anyone that is family but I am not quite sure what is or is not acceptable and I am not quite sure what kind of restraining order is in place. I had an affair and he got a restraining order on the other guy he has not abused or harmed anyone in any physical or threatening way and has a clean record.
