six months back my wife took restraining order against me and their was no evidence that i ever harm or threat her judge ask me if i was agree with these orders i was confused that time and i thought judge asking me about court mediator report i said yes and i was issued a 1 year restraining order ,since then my wife bringing my child to me for visitation every tuesday for three hours ( its acourt order)and she stays with me most of the time while visitation and she told me t she did all this because her family told her to do soo because they dont like me she claims that she loves me .she called me so many times ,she text me my daughter pics many times ,and visited in my sister home while i am their many times , bought me gift,took pics with me and my daughter etc .....i really want this restraining order go away which my wife dont want to modify .......i dont have money i cant afford $3000 what should i do how do i do and if i do my self and present evidence such as pics would i get in trouble in the court , i am very depressed someone pls help or should i just wait for another six months , she filled a divorce also 6 months ago but she never ask for judgment.....pls help...
