My sony ericsson C902 recently broke. It plugs into the computer but just does the "Do not remove during mass storage sign". When I turn it on and its not plugged into to anything it goes to the main menu screen then freezes and turns itself off 
I want to try and do a master reset of the phone via my computer. Any idea how? I can't use the PC suite software as I own a Mac.
