I just got this for christmas. I deleted internet explorer for good, and downloaded google chrome before deleting it. Now when I turn the computer on and click on google chrome it doesn't open. I've tried shutting it down and trouble shotting but that doesn't work. I was wondering if by restoring it, would this bring back internet explorer and how the computer came when I first bought this? Please help me because customer service isn't helping either.
