restoring a mazda MX5?

i am restoring a mazda mx5 although im stuck as i cant seem to find a chassis for it any ideas where i may find one for a good price that isn't in very bad condition ?
 
By chassis do you mean frame? If that is the case, then if you have the car you have the chassis. That car is a unibody car which means that the body cannot be removed from the frame as it is all one assembly. Miata's do not have a frame.
