Restoring a backup Firefox History list!?

As the title says, I have no idea how to do so. I formatted my HDD yesterday but before I did that I made sure I saved the Firefox folder in appdata/roaming/ bla bla. Here's how it looks like:

Mentioning I have had and still have Windows 7 and the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

What do I do now?
