My phone is SCREWED UP. A lot of important components of the phone were deleted and only a few functions of the phone still work. I can't use the Facebook app or any other app for that matter. I start noticing that the phone's storage was very full even though I had nothing much stored on it. Now programs won't open, icons are missing, and basically the phone is almost useless to me at this point. I'm EXTREMELY frustrated as the "manual hard reset" won't work. I tried following the instructions in the handbook so either I'm doing it wrong or it just won't work. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. My plan is with Metro PCS and no I don't have insurance on the phone with them.
