restore gho image on dell pc?

hi... i have a dell pc.... i installed a new window on it.. its not getting any driver (audio, video etc , even LAN)
but i have .gho image for C: partition.

can any1 tell me how to restore from this image...?
where i can download he software .... plz give me full and step by step instructions
