I am using an iMac and Tungsten T. All has worked well for 2.5years. I have now made a mistake.
Today, while sending a massive email, my address book told me it was running low on memory. I quit the program, and after the email failed to send, I quit Mail, restarted Address Book - it was now empty...absoultely no entries. A restart changed nothing. I went to hotsync to my Palm, hoping to regain my old files, as usually the iSync software would identify massive changes between the two systems, and ask which one to use for this hotsync, despite the computer changes being more recent. Hotsyncing wiped out my Palm Contact list. I did not like this, but thought the solution was simple enough, and asked iSync to restore from Backup. Which it did. Unfortunately, not from the last sync which I thought it would, it has restored from a Sync done sometime in July or August of 2004-wiping everything back to this date...apps, datebook, iCal, everything. I am now fairly distraught, and afraid to try anymore troubleshooting myself.
Is there an easy (or hard) way to restore both my Palm, and Computer...Address Book and iCal being the most important.
Thanks for any help!
