Restless Muscles

I have a problem with my muscles having a very persistent feeling--for lack of a better term--of restlessness. Usually it's in my forearms, sometimes my legs. The only thing that relieves it is constant movement or weights. Does anyone know what's causing this or how to relieve it? It's quite irritating but doesn't seem harmful in any way.
 
Krystal: have your vitamins and minerals checked. You could be deficient in magnesium. If you're a caffeine drinker, caffeine depletes the magnesium in your body. You can tell if you've got enough magnesium in you because you'll end up with loose stools. Try increasing your intake of nuts, dark chocolate and fish, like salmon, and see if it gets better.
