Restless legs/addiction - any connection?

Just wondering... reading these posts, it seems like a lot of us with addictive personalities also have restless leg syndrome. Just coincidence? Anyone know if there have been any studies linking the two?

The restless lesgs you read so much about on here are brought on by withdrawal mostly. Now I am not saying that some people here don't have RLS normally but for those of us who have gone thru withdrawal, the restless legs are almost unbarable at times so that is what I believe you might be refering to.
