Restaurants in NYC that are like lounges and cozy?

Im really looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my birthday i want something thats dimly lit and cozy ; comfortable seating . Like a lounge. But it has to be a restaurant because the people that will be attending are ages 15-17 .
 
try Vynl on 9th ave or Stanton Social. I would check first to make sure that they will let you in...some places become over 21 at a certain hr. But both of those are fun.
