Restaurant Reviews: Question about reporting false comments on restaurant reviews?

I would like to know if restaurant review sites like city-search will remove comments if there is abuse, you know the button, "report abuse". Here is the situation, the place I work got a horrible review by this one reviewer, he gave the review a one star. One star is not what bothers me it is his false claim about getting ill. The reviewer wrote this very short sentence about how the food had a strange fishy taste and that he and his wife got home and were ill. Under the cons section he had this comment, cons, both my wife and I went home nauseous.
The problem I have is that we did not get any such complaint in the restaurant from him about his food tasting fishy (the food he ordered does not contain fish but he is trying to hit at cross-contamination). Nor did any health inspector come to the establishment in regards to his complaint. I just feel this guy is a hater because his review was not at bit constructive nor did he mention complaining to the manager about his problem. I noticed he gave another restaurant a bad review but not mentioning getting sick.
I want to ask you this question too, if you read a review like this would you believe this guy and stay away from the restaurant or would you just think he is crazy since the restaurant is well honored in the community?

Please leave me some comments or solutions to help me out. Thanks!
By the way, other reviewers are quite happy with the restaurant. It is a place where lots of families gather and is very popular and well known in the community. I am afraid people will read this review and people wont come back.
