Restaurant Question, Poll!?

What kind of restaurant would you like to see in your community?
My sister and I would like to open a restaurant but are having trouble deciding on what type of place we would open. We grew up overseas and have a love for international food.
Do you think a place with food from all over the world would be good? or
an Italian place (too common)
Thai
Arabic
Greek (one failed around here recently)
Mexican (also very common)
But with the common ones, I am certain I (we) can cook better than the food they serve at those places..
Please help, if you have any other ideas I'd be very happy to read them.

I would like to see something that is different.Good foods from around the world would cover almost any ones appetite for something new and exciting.I hope you bring your new restaurant to the Charlotte NC area. Im tired of all the same old things.
