I am looking to book a hotel and restaurant somewhere in my area. Cities: Milwaukee, Chicago, St. Louis, Moline. I want a romantic getaway for one one night in a week or so. I am willing to spend some coin for top notch food. The hotel has to be decent but its probably less important than the dining. Any ideas because I'm from the country and not super familiar with the urban areas around here?
