I just recently had the same problem coming up with some tasks for FOH. This is the weekly list that I've come up with so far;
MONDAY
Dust picture frames and decorations
Wipe table bases and legs
Wipe down stalls in bathrooms
Clean under soda and ice machines (drive thru and lobby)
THURSDAY
Wipe out drink holders that our staff uses
Wipe out ice machine inside and out (to prevent mold!)
Scrub down drive thru wall (or any walls that tend to get sticky)
Detail the booths (wipe down condiments and mini menus)
SUNDAY
Pull booths
Clean and organize the front counter
Dust Lights
Dust wood
Clean trash recepticals
