I have the new sony ericsson 9c05a and I dont know how to restart it..I was playing a game and my phone froze up and then i pressed the phone with the dash in it and the screen just went blank but the keys are lit up. It didnt say anything in the manuel to take the back off. How do i do it???? Is that the right way???
