Ressetting remote address

My remote address is 13, and my receiver is 1.
Since i can't control my receiver, how do i get them both on 13, or 1 ?
Receiver is a 4500, remote is a silver pvr type
 
Using your front control panel on your receiver:

Menu -> System Setup -> Installation -> System Info
OR
There may already be a button on the front of the receiver labelled "SysInfo"

Once you have the system info on the screen you should see the "Remote Address" at the bottom. Press "REC" on your remote and the receiver should now pair up with the remote address from the remote.

The menu paths and titles may change from one receiver model to the next, but you're just looking at getting into the "SYS INFO" screen.
