for some reason my photos saved to my comp. are to big now which is weird b cuz it wont let me upload to them to anything and they worked fine before. i tried to upload a pic to youtube and it says the file is too big...so how can i resize it because it wont let me resize it in microsoft office picture manager? any help would be greatly appreciated thanx in advance
