Please give me a solid reason for when we connect a battery with a resistor, inductor & capacitor (all in series) and supply emf to all components then why in resistor voltage and current are in phase and in inductor voltage leads current by 90° and in capacitor current leads voltage by 90°. Why it is so. Please provide a brief and solid reason. Thanks in advance. Thanks a lot.
