Resetting Verizon Sam sung Omnia?

I have 3 options,
Hard Reset(Format)
Main Memory(Reset)
My Storage(Reset)

And My Main memory on my cell phone is 97% filled up.
I would like to keep all of my installed apps, but I want to free up my memory.
I went into my phone "Main Memory" Directory.. But I didnt see anything to delete..

Please help me?




Also, there are no pictures,app,videos, installed on the Main Memory
