repti-cal for my beardies crickets?

so i just got a bearded dragon the other day (names Nizzle) lol and he loovveesss them crickets but can i feed them to him a few hours after i put them in the repti-cal stuffs? or is there a time i have to wait before he can eat them?...he seems really healthy, aware and alert so i guess its not a problem but im just double checking to be safe =) in advance thank you
