Reps and sets in bodybuilding Q?

I see all the workout routines and have been doing some, though for (say 3 sets of 10 reps for biceps, and 3 sets of 10 for chest), do you have to do the sets back to back on one muscle at a time?

or should you do 1 set of 10 on your biceps, then swap to the chest set of 10 reps, then back again until all 3 sets each are done?

or is their no real benefit either way?

cheers guys
So what difference would happen doing it the other way? instead of back to back, I mean it still is the same amount of reps in a session overall.
Yeah I know the reps is up to the builder, like 8-12 etc or more or less, I tend to do around 10 on average, and add more if its too easy.
