Replacing the back seat on a 2000 Buick Century?

I put a system in my car, and the rear seats do not fold down, so i pulled on the back seat and it easily popped up and out on the left side, right side still being locked in place. I fed my wires and then tried to replace the backseat back into its anchoring position, and no go. I fiddled with this thing for hours it seems. Is there a trick to this?

There is a hook on the back of the seat and a hole that it anchors into on the rear frame. I have a feeling that the right side needs to be removed as well in order to replace the seat to it's rightful place. any help will be appreciated, and will get BEST ANSWER!!

Ok,

In older centurys they had problems getting it to hook right. I ended up tieing some rope to the hooks and tightening them slowly back and forth to get it in place. Then using a screw driver to force the hook over the loop. It takes a while. A dealer will prob help you out if you ask.
